By registering for OPTOVISTA 26 you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Registration is open to students, interns and working professionals as defined in the registration categories. Providing false information may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Registration & Fees
Fees are published on the registration page and configurable by the organizer. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where fee applies).
4. Conduct
Participants must behave professionally at the venue. The organizer may refuse entry or remove participants for misconduct.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued at the organizer's discretion after the event, subject to attendance and document verification rules announced by the organizer.
6. Intellectual Property
Event content, branding and materials remain the property of Shankar's Eye Hospital / OPTOVISTA 26.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from registration, travel, or event participation. Liability for paid fees is limited to the amount paid for registration.
8. Changes
The organizer may modify event schedule, venue or speakers. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in the organizer's jurisdiction.
