1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to registration fees paid for OPTOVISTA 26 via this website (including Razorpay).
2. Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate payment for the same registration.
- Event cancelled by the organizer.
- Payment captured in error after organizer-approved cancellation within the stated window.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful payment (unless organizer announces otherwise).
- No-show at the event.
- Ineligibility discovered after providing incorrect information.
- Partial attendance.
4. Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank/UPI timelines.
5. How to Request
Email support with registration number, payment ID, and reason. The organizer will confirm eligibility.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
