1. Participant Cancellation
Participants may request cancellation by emailing support with their registration number. Cancellation after payment is subject to the Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Window
Requests received at least 7 days before the event date may be considered for refund as per Refund Policy. Later requests are generally non-refundable.
3. Organizer Cancellation
If OPTOVISTA 26 is cancelled by the organizer, paid registration fees will be refunded in full as per the Refund Policy.
4. Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, registrations remain valid for the new date unless the participant requests cancellation under this policy.
