1. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical goods. OPTOVISTA 26 registration is a digital/event service.
2. Delivery of Service
Upon successful registration and payment, confirmation is delivered via email and (when enabled) the member portal. Certificates are delivered digitally after issuance by the organizer.
3. Timelines
Confirmation emails are typically sent immediately after successful payment. Delays may occur due to email provider filters; check spam/junk folders.
4. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, contact support with your registration number and payment ID.
